Search that goes with you
Start in the Magic Bar. Continue with the same filters in Franz Mail or with Franz Assistant.
Across your accounts
Search Gmail, Outlook.com, GMX, iCloud and other connected accounts together.
Even with a typo

Narrow your results
Filter by sender, date range, attachment type or the action an email needs.
Search by meaning
In Franz Mail, semantic search adds results that match the meaning of your query.

Small details that make high-volume email feel faster, calmer, and more complete every day.
See deadlines, open questions, promised deliverables, links, and the important bits without rereading the whole thread.
Franz pulls shipping links into the summary so tracking details stay one click away when timing matters.
See who you're dealing with before you open the thread.
Exit mailing lists without hunting for tiny footer links or opening another tab.
Bring a message back for your next free block, after a deadline passes, or when the sender follows up.
Get context-aware drafts for fast replies, then edit or send in one step.
Turn any email into a reminder, send follow-ups to Franz Todos, or bring the thread back exactly when it becomes work.
Invisible pixels and noisy embeds stay out of your inbox automatically.
Triaging, replying, snoozing, and searching stay fast without leaving the keyboard.
Franz Mail is built so your email, credentials, and AI workflow stay under your control from inbox to reply.
Classification, search, and drafting can run locally on your GPU or CPU without shipping email content to the cloud.
If you opt into cloud features, processing stays on GDPR-aligned infrastructure with zero-retention defaults.
Credentials stay in your OS keychain, not in a Franz-controlled vault.
The difference is where the work happens: on your device, across all your accounts, and inside the rest of Franz.
