Use the password reset page when your account password is not accepted or you are unsure which saved password belongs to Franz. Enter the email address for your Franz account and wait for the reset email before requesting another one.
If the email does not arrive, check spam, junk, promotions, and any inbox rules that move automated messages. When you requested a reset more than once, use the newest email. Older reset links may be replaced by a later request and can fail even though they originally reached your inbox.
Open the reset link in the same browser where you want to finish the change, set a new password, and then return to the Franz sign-in page. If a password manager offers to save the new password, make sure it updates the Franz account entry rather than a service-specific login.
Devices that are already signed in may continue working until they need to refresh the account session. When Franz asks those devices to sign in again, use the new password. Third-party services inside Franz keep their own sessions and may remain signed in separately.
